Austin introduced the Florida Behavioral Health Organization and the Maitland Chamber of Commerce Women’s Luncheon for a Day of Dignity and Self-Acceptance

On the same day, she also spoke to the Maitland Chamber of Commerce Women’s Luncheon.
In his “Flip the Script” program, Austin has helped nearly 1,600 medical professionals navigate their labels and self-esteem, overcome impostor syndrome and burnout, and achieve success. they are expected to achieve both personally and professionally.

After the presentation, Chelsea signed books from her recently published memoir, Inexplicably Me: A Story of Labels, Values, and Not Being Locked Inanswered questions and spoke with participants about their own experiences of navigating labels and self-esteem.
In addition to keynotes, Chelsea Austin leads workshops and small group sessions to deepen empowerment and acceptance. She is able to speak to professional organizations, affinity groups, and new graduates, among other audiences.

Chelsea Austin is an author, speaker, certified professional coach, ELI-MP (Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner) and self-esteem advocate of Malibu, California raised by two of the most amazing parents, her fathers.
